Transfer to another ANA flight or a refund will be made for delays or cancellations of scheduled flights due to acts of nature such as typhoons or snow.
Changes and refunds can be processed the day after the departure date of the scheduled flight. Please complete the process within 10 days following the departure date of the scheduled flight.(Excluding package and group tours).
The customer will be responsible for the various costs incurred (transport, accommodation) when changing flights due to bad weather, etc.

A verification code (ANA Mileage Club Customer Number, Confirmation Number, or the Credit Card Used for Payment) is required to be submitted.

It is not possible to change reservations on the ANA website less than 20 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure.
Please complete the procedures within the timescale(s) given below after a flight delay or cancellation has been decided. Changes: Once the flight cancellation/delay is confirmed, transfer procedures must be completed 20 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure.
Refunds: Within 1 year and 30 days since the travel start date or if not yet started, the issuing date
