Notes

  • * "Award User Registration" (up to 10 people) is required for persons other than the member to use Award tickets. Please register through the members-only features area on the ANA SKY WEB, or request the "Award User Registration Form" from the ANA Mileage Club Service Center. The Awards user may be asked to provide documentation proving a family relationship with the member.
  • * Priority reservation is available when premium member travels with an award ticket using his own mileage.
Family member of premium member traveling alone is not eligible.
  • * There are unavailable periods during which flight awards may not be used. The number of seats available for flight awards is also limited (depending on the flight, no seats may be made available at the start of the reservation period). In some cases, passengers may be unable to book using flight awards even if there are unoccupied seats for customers using standard tickets.
  • * For ANA International Awards, in addition to the required miles award ticket redemption requires the payment of government taxes and carrier-imposed fees starting from $70 per ticket (as of February 2015). The exact amount is subject to change and will vary based upon itinerary, class of service, routing, and currency exchange rate. All applicable government taxes and carrier-imposed fees must be paid prior to the issuance of an award ticket.
  • * Departure / arrival times and aircraft type are subject to change without prior notice.
  • * Please understand that timetables may change depending on the season, and flights may be cancelled. (In some cases, flights may not be available even though they are included in the flight award itineraries in the various charts.)
  • * Flight awards do not result in accrued miles.
  • * Passengers using flight awards will not be provided with alternative modes of transport or accommodation in the event of delayed or cancelled flights.
  • * Miles exchanged for flight awards cannot be exchanged for other flight awards or paid back into the mileage accounts, even if they have not yet been received or remain unused, except in the circumstances described under "Refunding Unused Awards".
  • * Tickets must be used in the order of the itinerary printed on the ticket. (If there are any unused sectors, the ticket will be invalidated and you cannot use the remaining sectors.)
