Customers can request a replacement card by submitting a request form.

  • *The form must be submitted by the ANA Mileage Club member.

Please contact ANA by submitting the form.

  • When a replacement card is issued, your ANA Mileage Club membership number will be changed for security reasons. Please see Procedures Required When Changing ANA Mileage Club Membership Numbers. For further details, please check the email you receive after completing the necessary procedures.
  • Please choose whether you would like a new card issued or if you wish to use the digital card.

[If Choosing a New Card]
The card will be sent to your registered address (or new address if changed) in approximately 2 to 3 weeks (or approx. 3 to 4 weeks for those residing outside Japan).

[If Choosing to Use the Digital Card]
You will not receive a physical card. However, you will be sent a postcard notifying you of your membership number in approximately 1 week (or approx. 2 to 3 weeks for those residing outside Japan). After the postcard arrives, please log in to the ANA Mileage Club app with your new membership number to use your digital card.

  • *Processing may require a few days.
  • *ANA may contact customers during processing for additional confirmation.

Inquiries by Telephone

Customers who do not know their ANA Mileage Club membership number, or are unable to reset their passwords are asked to contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center by telephone. (Select [3] for mileage service inquiries.)

Please contact the relevant credit card company.

After contacting the relevant credit card company and completing procedures to replace a lost card, the credit card company will share this information with the ANA Mileage Club Service Center, which in turn will then suspend the mileage account for the lost card. (It may require several days for the credit card company to contact ANA.) Customers who wish to suspend their mileage accounts without waiting for their credit card companies to update ANA are asked to contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center. The mileage balance will be transferred to the new replacement card.

After contacting the relevant card issuer and completing procedures to replace a lost card, the credit card company will share this information with the ANA Mileage Club Service Center, which in turn will then suspend the mileage account for the lost card.
