Customers can request a replacement card as below.

Inquiries by Telephone

Customers who do not know their ANA Mileage Club membership number, or are unable to reset their passwords are asked to contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center by telephone. (Select [3] for mileage service inquiries.)

Customers with ANA Cards and ANA Prepaid Cards

Please contact the relevant credit card company.

After contacting the relevant credit card company and completing procedures to replace a lost card, the credit card company will share this information with the ANA Mileage Club Service Center, which in turn will then suspend the mileage account for the lost card. (It may require several days for the credit card company to contact ANA.) Customers who wish to suspend their mileage accounts without waiting for their credit card companies to update ANA are asked to contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center. The mileage balance will be transferred to the new replacement card.

Customers with ANA Prepaid Cards

Customers with Other Partner Cards

After contacting the relevant card issuer and completing procedures to replace a lost card, the credit card company will share this information with the ANA Mileage Club Service Center, which in turn will then suspend the mileage account for the lost card. Please complete the relevant procedures via the Rakuten e-NAVI members-only website or the Rakuten Card Customer Call Center.
