Use ANA SKY COINS to Purchase Tickets and Travel Products

Here you can find information about ANA SKY COINS, which can be used for purchasing domestic and international flight tickets as well as travel products via the ANA website.

From February 24, 2015, all ANA Mileage Club members are able to redeem ANA SKY COINS starting with just 1 mile.

STEP 1 Redeem Miles and Partner Points for ANA SKY COINS!

ANA Mileage Club Members:

Redemption is possible starting from 1 mile.

The redemption rate will vary depending on the amount of miles being redeemed, the ANA Mileage Club membership status, and the type of ANA Card.* (Example: 30,000 miles = 42,000 coins)

Cards which have "ANA CARD" printed on the front side are referred to as ANA Cards.

ANA SKY COINS can also be redeemed with partner points.

Please refer to the Redeem with Points page for details regarding eligible partners and redemption increments.

STEP 2 Reservations

ANA SKY COINS can be used by the owner of the coins as well as those who have been registered as award users by said owner.

Before applying, please confirm the terms and conditions for using ANA SKY COINS (Domestic Tours/International Tours).

STEP 3 Purchase

If ANA SKY COINS were used to purchase an eligible product and the purchase is then canceled by the customer, ANA SKY COINS which have expired at the time of the refund request will not be refunded.

ANA SKY COINS are refunded immediately after the cancellation of a domestic tour product. For refunds of international tour product purchases, approximately 10 days will be required for the refund to be processed.

The ANA SKY COINS used for the purchase will be prioritized when deducting any applicable refund and cancellation charges.

ANA SKY COINS can be used in units of 10 coins (equivalent to JPY 10).

Step 1

On the Payment Method screen, select ANA SKY COINS and enter the relevant amount that you wish to use.

Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the procedures.

Step 1

After reserving your desired tour, click the To Payment button.

Step 2

Click the Enter Payment Method button to pay the full or remaining amount.

Step 3

Check the ANA SKY COINS box.

This step is the same when using ANA SKY COINS for payment in conjunction with a credit card, etc.

Step 4

When using ANA SKY COINS belonging to the person who reserved the tour

Enter the amount you would like to pay with ANA SKY COINS and click the Confirm button.

If the ANA SKY COIN balance is greater than the price, please enter the number of coins equivalent to the price.

Step 5

When using ANA SKY COINS not belonging to the person who reserved the tour

Click the Change Person Making Payment button. Ask the member whose ANA SKY COINS you are using to enter their membership number and password, and then click the Verify Member button.

Enter the amount you would like to pay with ANA SKY COINS and click the Confirm button.
