Please contact the ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center to cancel your flight reservation.
When doing so, please say that you wish to change to a flight operated by another airline.
If your flight is delayed or cancelled the day before departure, and ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center is not open, please proceed to Step3.
If you have reserved a flight three days or more ahead, please purchase the flight ticket for the other airline within the payment deadline. We will provide information upon request regarding reimbursement procedures.
Please pick up your ticket at the ANA airport counter on the day of your departure. We will complete procedures allowing you to board the flight with the ticket you already have. Once this is completed, please complete boarding procedures at the counter for the operating airline for your flight.
If you incur transportation or accommodation costs due to situations such as your new flight departing the day following your planned departure or thereafter, you will be reimbursed for expenses you have paid upfront within the scope determined by ANA. For more details, please refer to Information on various expenses associated with Involuntary Changes due to ANA's responsibilities such as aircraft maintenance.

Only changes due to reasons such as aircraft maintenance that occur on the day of departure of the reserved flight or the day before will be permitted.
You may change to a new flight departing within 7 days before/after your original reserved flight.
For passengers who wish to change to flights operated by other carriers, please contact the place of purchase, a domestic reservation/information center, or an ANA airport counter.
For changes due to mechanical issues or other reasons that occur on the day before or on the departure date of the reserved flight, if transportation or accommodation expenses are incurred due to situations such as the new flight departing the day after the departure date of the original reserved flight, any expenses paid by the passenger will be reimbursed within the scope determined by ANA.For details, see Reimbursement of Various Expenses Associated with Involuntary Changes due to ANA's Responsibilities such as Mechanical Issues.
