Different handling will apply for Japan domestic segments of tickets that include international flights. Please contact the ANA International Reservation and Customer Service Center.

When You Are Transferred to a Flight Operated by Another Airline

You may change to a flight operated by any airline that has an Interline Traffic Agreement with ANA using the existing ticket. Charges or fare differences will not be collected or refunded.

Only changes due to reasons such as aircraft maintenance that occur on the day of departure of the reserved flight or the day before will be permitted.

You may change to a new flight departing within 7 days before/after your original reserved flight.

For passengers who wish to change to flights operated by other carriers, please do not request a refund for your ticket, and instead contact the place of purchase, a domestic reservation/information center, or an ANA airport counter.

Customers who paid ticket costs upfront when changing flights

For changes due to mechanical issues or other reasons that occur on the day before or on the departure date of the reserved flight, if transportation or accommodation expenses are incurred due to situations such as the new flight departing the day after the departure date of the original reserved flight, any expenses paid by the passenger will be reimbursed within the scope determined by ANA.For details, see Reimbursement of Various Expenses Associated with Involuntary Changes due to ANA's Responsibilities such as Mechanical Issues.
