In the event any of the changes listed below occur, you will be able to proceed with your ticket as it is. Charges will not apply.

When changing from Premium Class to Economy Class, we will refund the fare difference. We will inform you via email as soon as your refund has been processed.
Reserved flight: Refers to the initially reserved flight that has been delayed or canceled (or is to be canceled).
The flights subject to the above conditions due to delays are flights that have had their departure times delayed by 30 minutes or more.
If you plan to change a flight because it has been delayed/canceled and you are not going to be able to catch your connecting/return flight, you will also be able to change the latter in line with the abovementioned points.
In this instance, please change your delayed/canceled flight and the connecting/return flight at the same time.
Changes can be made on the ANA Website up to 20 minutes prior to the departure of your reserved flight. Please see here for information on the change (transfer) procedures.
Processing may not be possible in some cases depending on the ticket type, payment method, and purchasing location.
The following cases cannot be processed on the ANA Website.Please contact the ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center.
If changing the delayed or canceled flight makes it necessary to change the inbound flight (itinerary for returning to the departure point or in the same direction)
If further cancellations or delays occur after changing a canceled or delayed flight
If further cancellations or delays occur after the cancellation or delay of the reserved flight
If part of the itinerary containing connecting flights has been used
If the service class changes from Premium Class to Economy Class due to a change in aircraft type
For itineraries with unaccompanied minors
If you have already checked in your baggage, reservation changes will not be accepted on the ANA Website or through the ANA Domestic Reservation/Information Center.Please inform our staff at the airport if you wish to make changes.
You can also change the route of your reserved flight. ANA will pay for charges incurred by changes (transportation, accommodation) within the authorized range.

When boarding...
You may use online check-in.Proceed directly to the security checkpoint on the date of boarding.
Customers who have not reserved a seat should complete boarding procedures at an automated check-in machine.

Due to changes caused by aircraft maintenance or other factors occurring on the day of or the day before the scheduled flight, and if the transferred flight departs the day after the original flight where costs are incurred for transportation and/or accommodation, ANA will reimburse customers for costs paid within the rules defined by ANA.
