If you plan to change a flight because it has been delayed/canceled and you are not going to be able to catch your connecting/return flight, you will also be able to change the latter in line with the abovementioned points.In this instance, please change your delayed/canceled flight and the connecting/return flight at the same time.
Depending on the details of your change or refund request, ANA may contact you to confirm the circumstances.
You can also change the route of your reserved flight. However, customers are responsible for any incurred transportation costs.

When boarding...
Customers that have used Online Check-in service, proceed directly to the security checkpoint on the date of boarding.

If a refund is to be paid due to a difference in fare (or miles) for the flight, you must acquire a new 2D barcode after the change.(Your current 2D barcode is invalid.)
Procedures for services other than the ANA Website

For flights departing on/after MM DD, YY, the descriptions on the reservation search page for Japan domestic flights will change from "Premium Class" and "Economy Class Seat" to "First Class (Premium Class)" and "Economy Class" respectively.
There are no plans for any changes to the service following this change in terminology.

When changing from Premium Class to Economy Class, we will refund the fare difference. We will inform you via email as soon as your refund has been processed.

Making changes on the ANA Website
Changes can be made on the ANA Website up to 20 minutes prior to the departure of your reserved flight. Please see here for information on the change (transfer) procedures.
If changing the delayed or canceled flight makes it necessary to change the inbound flight (itinerary for returning to the departure point or in the same direction)
If further cancellations or delays occur after changing a canceled or delayed flight
If further cancellations or delays occur after the cancellation or delay of the reserved flight
If part of the itinerary containing connecting flights has been used
If the service class changes from Premium Class to Economy Class due to a change in aircraft type
