Special Measures for Japan domestic flight tickets in expansion of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In response to the Japanese government's basic policy on measures against the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), ANA will take the following special measures for Japan domestic flight tickets.
If you purchased the ticket prior to Thursday, March 19, 2020 and your flight will be from Monday, April 6, 2020 through Tuesday, April 28, your ticket will be eligible for no charge refund.
Friday, February 28, 2020 - Tuesday, April 28, 2020
The applicable period is current as of now and may be extended depending on the situation in the future. In this instance, information will be provided on the ANA website.
All Japan domestic flight tickets (including Japan domestic awards and domestic tours)
- If you purchased from a travel agency other than ANA, please contact the place of purchase.
If you have a reservation for an itinerary that includes an applicable departure date, you can change your flights or request a refund via the ANA website without incurring any handling fees. Please press Change to ANA Flight or Request a Ticket Refund to confirm the details about flight changes or refund requests respectively, and then press Confirmation/Change of Japan Domestic Flight Ticket Reservation to complete the relevant procedures within 10 days of your scheduled departure date.
