Flights that are delayed or canceled due to involuntary reasons such as aircraft maintenance can be changed or refunded.
Changes and refunds can be processed the day after the departure date of the scheduled flight. Please complete the process within 10 days following the departure date of the scheduled flight.(Excluding package and group tours).

A verification code (ANA Mileage Club Customer Number, Confirmation Number, or the Credit Card Used for Payment) is required to be submitted.

It is not possible to change reservations on the ANA website less than 20 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure.
Please complete the procedures within the timescale(s) given below after a flight delay or cancellation has been decided. Changes: Once the flight cancellation/delay is confirmed, transfer procedures must be completed 20 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure.
Refunds: Within 1 year and 30 days since the travel start date or if not yet started, the issuing date

Your Reservation Number / e-Ticket Number will be required.
Changes to other airlines or other modes of transportation are permitted only for cases such as aircraft maintenance that occur on the day before or on the day of departure of the reserved flight.

ANA will pay for charges incurred by changes (transportation, accommodation) on the day before or the day of the scheduled flight, according to the rules determined by ANA.
