ANA message service inquiry

Please use the ANA message service using the LINE app. Our amessage operators are available to assist with your international flight inquiries. When you activate LINE, the text "International flight inquiry" will be entered in the message entry field. Please send the message as it is.

    If you are using a PC, you can start the LINE app from the 2D barcode below.

    You will receive an automated message confirming your request. After you have answered all the questions, a message operator will confirm the content of the conversation.

    Please note that a message operator will reply to you between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm (JST/every day). We appreciate your understanding that we may not be able to provide immediate responses.
