ANA Domestic Flight Online Reservations

Regarding your reservation

This reservation and purchase service, you will be able to reserve domestic flights in Japan for ANA.The services are for Japan residents only.Passengers are not required to be members of ANA Mileage Club to use this service.
To reserve award tickets and ANA Mileage Club Companion Fares, please login at [ANA Mileage Club] and apply from "Domestic Award Flights".
Reservations are available from a maximum of 355 days prior to the departure date (from 09:30 onward). (This excludes some discount fares.) Please see Fare Release Dates for further details.
6 adults (or children over 3 years of age)and 2 infants (0 - 2 years of age) for up to 4 segments (Quick reservation service is up to two segments) may be reserved at one time. Please make separate reservations for the following instances:
1. If number of passengers differ on outbound and inbound segments.
2. If payment method or types of fares differ within the party.
For passengers who need special assistance, please make a call to ANA Disability Desk.
Passengers will be able to confirm the reservation details by clicking on [View Reservation] button.
The stated value is the price for one way (one segment) trip.This includes consumption tax, passenger facility charge.

Please make your payment by the payment deadline date.
Save by making payments with the convenient ANA Ticketless Service.Passengers have the option to pay by methods such as credit card or at a convenience store. Please click List of Payment Methods for details.
Refunds will be charged with a specified processing fees. As cancellation charge vary with each fare type, please confirm the applicable conditions for each fare type before making your payment.
A verification code * will be given to you following purchase of an ANA e-Ticket.This verification code will be required at boarding, so please make sure that you have it ready upon arrival at the airport.
Receipts can be obtained using the Receipt Web Display Service. Receipts can also be obtained by using the Self-service Check-in Machines at the airport on the day of your flight (except in some cases, such as payments made at convenience stores, etc.).

2. If payment method or types of fares differ within the party.

If you have a promotion code to reserve/purchase tickets with special discounts, you can use it when booking through our website. Promotion codes are limited to new reservations/purchases on our website, and can't be retroactively applied to previously purchased tickets.
If you have a promotion code, enter it in the promotion code column, using all capital letters. If you don't have a code, leave the column blank and continue your search. The discount amounts will be shown on the "Review the Selected Flight and Fare” page after you've selected your flights.

The schedule, aircraft type and other flight information are subject to change without notice.Please check Reservation Confirmation(Airline Ticket) on the ANA website prior to your flight.
If your itinerary does not provide for a same-day connection, you are responsible for your own hotel or other accommodation arrangements during the lay-over between flights.
You must use your tickets in the date order shown on your itinerary, beginning with the first departure date and chronologically thereafter. If your tickets are not used in the order presented in your itinerary or if there are unused sectors of your itinerary, the unused tickets will be invalidated and you will be unable to use the remaining flight sectors. For any segments invalidated, ANA will refund the fare according to the ticket’s applicable fare rules, and if the ticket is non-refundable or non-changeable, no refund will be issued.
