Discount Fare for Customers with Disabilities* (Japan Domestic Flights)

A special discount is available for customers with Grade 1 and 2 disabilities for Japan domestic flights.

Conditions

Available to passengers who fall under any of categories 1–3 below.

Passengers who are aged 12 or over at the time of departure in possession of one of the booklets/certificates below (if the flight departs before March 30, 2024 or the ticket is issued before January 31, 2024)
Passengers who are aged 3 or over at the time of departure in possession of one of the booklets/certificates below (if the flight departs on or after March 31, 2024 and the ticket is issued on or after February 1, 2024)
Up to one caregiver aged 12 or over traveling on the same flight as the passenger corresponding to 1 or 2

If the passenger with the booklet/certificate is a child (3-11 years old), the caregiver will be eligible for the Disability Discount even if the child is traveling using a different fare.
If the passenger with the booklet/certificate is an infant (0-2 years old) who is not using a seat, the caregiver will not be eligible for the Disability Discount.
This fare is not available with A mentally disturbed person preservation of health welfare pocket diary that is not valid on the departure date.
