Discount Fare for Customers with Disabilities (Japan Domestic Flights)

A special discount is available for customers with Grade 1 and 2 physical disabilities and customers with mental disabilities with a disability certificate for Japan domestic flights.

Conditions

This applies to passengers who hold the following certificates issued in Japan and one caregiver on the same flight.

War Injury and Sickness Certification Booklet
Rehabilitation Certification Booklet
Health & Welfare Certificate for Persons with Mental Disabilities

Notes

If the holder of the disability certificate is a child (2-11 years old), the child discount will be applied to the holder, and the disability discount may be applied to their caregiver only.
If the holder of the disability certificate is an infant (1 year old or younger) who does not occupy a seat, their caregiver is not eligible for the disability discount.
If you select the disability discount, the displayed fare will be the amount after the discount is applied.
For Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificates, the validity period must be met on the day of boarding.

When purchasing a ticket or checking in, please present the certificate required to apply for the discount or your ANA Mileage Club Card with "Application Form for Registration of Identification Booklet for Persons with Disabilities." However, only those who already have a ticket with a disability discount applied can be accepted at check-in. If you are unable to present the certificate, the discount will not be applied. Even if you have already registered, you may be asked to present your certificate, so please carry it with you at all times. Search by entering departure and arrival locations, dates and number of passengers, and selecting Disability Discount as the fare to search.
The Seat Availability Result screen will display the fare after the Disability Discount has been applied, so simply select your desired flight
