Conditions for the Statuses That Also Let You Use Life Solution Services

Overview of the Service

The are two ways to attain Premium Status.

  • Attain the status solely through flying

  • Attain the status through flying and making everyday purchases

Members who mainly fly can attain status by reaching 30,000 to 150,000 Premium Points. Members who fly and make purchases can attain status by earning 15,000 to 150,000 Premium Points, using four to seven Life Solution Services, and making purchases of JPY 3 to 6 million using an ANA Card and ANA Pay.

  • What Are Premium Points?
    Premium Points are points calculated for each flight, in addition to miles. The points are calculated as: basic segment mileage × accrual rate per booking class/fare type × route ratio + boarding points. So points vary depending on the flight distance, fare and booking class.

  • What Are Life Solution Services?
    Life Solution Services refer to various services other than air travel, such as ANA Mall, ANA ELECTRIC POWER and ANA Traveler's.

The statuses you have attained through each of the following methods will be compared and you will be awarded whichever is the higher status.

  1. Meet the conditions solely through flying

  2. Meet the conditions through both flying and using Life Solution Services
    Example: 1. Bronze Service, 2. Platinum Service -> Platinum Service will be awarded

    The Service will be provided for a period of one year starting from April of the following fiscal year.

Conditions and Applicable Period for Attaining Premium Status in FY2027 and Benefits of Each Status

All conditions (1 to 3) must be fulfilled during their respective applicable periods.
For Condition 2, the requirements and check method vary by service. Please see Eligible Life Solution Services for further details.

  • Conditions and Applicable Period for Attaining Premium Status and Benefits of Each Status

    Condition 1: Premium Points Earned in a Year*1 (Only those earned through ANA Group-operated flights are counted) Applicable Period: January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026
    Condition 2: Number of Life Solution Services Used*2 (Some services are required) Applicable Period: December 16, 2025 to December 15, 2026
    Condition 3: Total Amount for ANA Card and ANA Pay Payments*3 Applicable Period: December 16, 2025 to December 15, 2026
    Diamond Service + More Benefits: 150,000 points for Condition 1, 7 or more services for Condition 2, and JPY 6 million for Condition 3.
    Diamond Member status: 80,000 points for Condition 1, seven or more services for Condition 2, and JPY 4 million for Condition 3. Alternatively, 50,000 points for Condition 1, seven or more services for Condition 2, and JPY 5 million for Condition 3.
    Platinum Member status: 30,000 points for Condition 1, seven or more services for Condition 2, and JPY 4 million for Condition 3.
    Bronze Member status: 15,000 points for Condition 1, four or more services for Condition 2, and JPY 3 million for Condition 3.

    If you attain status by achieving the conditions through using Life Solutions Services, we will contact you by email around February 2027, not at the time when the conditions are met.

    Depending on when your use of a service is shown in your Performance Report or on your View ANA SKY COIN Balance page, Premium Services provision may start on or after April 2.

    If your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number cannot be confirmed in your usage history for each service, you will not be eligible.

  • *

    Please refer to the service details for achievement timings and notes on eligible services.

  • *

    Even if you use the same service multiple times, this will be counted as 1 service toward the fulfillment of the relevant condition.

  • *

    Services that are fully paid with miles or payments that are made with coupons ineligible for mileage accrual will not be counted toward the fulfillment of the relevant condition.

Notes

Your use of services and payments made near the end of the applicable period may not be counted toward your status for FY2027.

  • Notes Regarding Use of Life Solution Services
    Note that the meaning of "date of use" differs for each service. The "date of use" must fall within the applicable period to be counted toward your status for FY2027. Please check the conditions of each service via the relevant Life Solution Service page in advance, and make sure you allow plenty of time when using the service.

  • Please refer to the ANA Privacy Policy for details regarding the use of personal information.

  • If a member violates the ANA Mileage Club Terms and Conditions, ANA Pay Terms and Conditions, or any other terms and conditions of ANA or when ANA deems that there is a possibility of such violation, the relevant member will not to be granted Premium Status.

  • If it is deemed that a member has attained Premium Status fraudulently, their membership status may be revoked in accordance with the ANA Mileage Club Terms and Conditions.
