Conditions for Attaining Premium Status for Members Who Often Use Life Solution Services

Members who fulfill all 3 of the following conditions during the applicable period will attain Premium Member Service status for 1 year from April of the following fiscal year: (1) The number of Premium Points earned through flights, (2) The number of Life Solution Services used, and (3) The amount for ANA Card and ANA Pay payments.

Life Solution Service is a general term for the various services that people use in their daily lives and excludes those used on flights. One example of a Life Solution Service is shopping services.

Premium Member Advance Service is not applicable when attaining status using Life Solution Service.

＜Conditions for Attaining Premium Status in FY2026＞

Changes

There will be changes to payment handling due to ANA Pay functionality*1 enhancements from January 28, 2025.
All payments, including those made using ANA miles, are eligible.
From the end of January 28, 2025, customers who have updated to app version 4.40.0 or later will be eligible for all payments including those made using ANA miles.

The amount of payment made with the balance transferred*2 from ANA Pay miles to ANA Pay balance is also eligible.

■Notes Regarding Life Solution Services Used

Note that the meaning of "date of use" differs for each service.The "date of use" must fall within the applicable period to be counted toward your status for FY2026, so please check the conditions of each service via Eligible Life Solution Services in advance before using the service.

＜Examples of Services to Pay Attention To＞
- ANA Shopping A-style: The date of use is defined as the date the product is shipped, not the date the product was purchased.
- ANA Mall: The mileage accrual date* is used as the date of use, not the date of purchase.

  Miles will be credited a miminum of 14 days after the shipment date of the ordered product.
■Notes on Using ANA Card

Payment data for payments made using ANA Card before the end of the applicable period may not be received and as a result may not be counted toward your status for FY2026.

Example: If you use your ANA Card at Store A on December 15, 2025, but the payment data from Store A is received by the credit card company in late January 2026, the payment will not be counted toward your status for FY2025 and will instead be counted toward your status for FY2027.

The 3 Conditions and Applicable Periods for attaining status in FY2026

All conditions (1 to 3) must be fulfilled during their respective applicable periods.

About adding up your usage amounts
- Payments made by family card members will be added to the primary member's payment amount.
- Payments made with a Diners Club Business Account Card and ANA Diners Premium Metal Card will be added to the primary member's payment amount.
- If you have multiple eligible cards and they are combined under a single mileage account, the payment amounts for the ANA Cards will be aggregated.
Payment Amounts Not Counted Toward the Fulfillment of Condition 3
The payment amounts outlined below will not be counted toward the fulfillment of the relevant condition.
- If data of refund amount is received by ANA from the credit card company during the applicable period
  Example: If 100,000 yen used on October 1, 2024 is refunded on January 1, 2025
  100,000 yen is deducted from the amount of money you spent between December 16, 2024 to December 15, 2025, which is the period used to determine whether you attain Premium Status in FY2026.
- "ANA Card"
  Payment data from eligible partner merchants that have not arrived at the relevant credit card company during the applicable period
- "ANA Pay"
  The payment data from eligible partner merchants has not arrived at the each credit card company during the applicable period
- Amounts paid using e-money (including Rakuten Edy, PASMO, Suica and nanaco) loaded onto the card
- Amounts paid with ANA UnionPay Card
- Annual membership fees, various handling fees (for issuing supplementary cards, redeeming miles, making revolving payments/installment payments, using skip-a-payment options, etc.) and money borrowed through small-loan lending services

  Amounts for revolving payments/installment payments, or lump-sum payments after a bonus will be counted toward the fulfillment of the relevant condition if the payment date is within the applicable period.
- Amounts when charging ANA Pay with an ANA Card
- If your ANA Mileage Club membership number and credit card number have changed due to loss, change or reissue of the relevant ANA Card, the payment amount may not be counted toward the fulfillment of the relevant condition.
- If you change to a card provided by a different brand, the payments made using your previous card will generally not be counted toward the fulfillment of the relevant condition.

Use of ANA Pay That Will Be Counted Toward Fulfillment of Condition 3
- Only 1 ANA Pay account can be registered per member.
- When adding up payment amounts, charging ANA Pay with an ANA family card will be considered as amount charged by the primary member.
- Even if an ANA Pay balance is charged with an ANA family card, any amounts paid using that balance will be combined with the amounts paid by the primary member.
- If you have canceled your ANA Pay account, the amounts paid from that account will generally no longer be counted toward the fulfillment of the relevant condition for attaining Premium Status.

If a member violates the ANA Mileage Club Terms and Conditions, ANA Pay Terms and Conditions, or any other terms and conditions of ANA or when ANA deems that there is a possibility of such violation, the relevant member will not to be granted Premium Status.
If it is deemed that a member has attained Premium Status fraudulently, their membership status may be revoked in accordance with the ANA Mileage Club Terms and Conditions.
