SKiP Service: An Easy-to-use and Convenient Service for ANA Japan Domestic Flights
The SKiP service allows passengers who have completed their reservation, purchase and seat reservation to go straight to security.
Customers Eligible for SKiP Service
Customers who have completed their reservation, purchase and seat reservation should use the SKiP service. Customers who have made their reservation but not completed their purchasing procedures or seat reservation should do so from the Reservation Confirmation page. Please note that certain customers may be ineligible for the SKiP service. For further details, please see Restrictions on SKiP Service.
Items to Prepare in Advance
After completing your reservation, purchase and seat reservation, please make sure that you have your 2D barcode, device with OSAIFU-KEITAI® (digital wallet), ANA Card with IC functionality, or ANA Mileage Club Card ready to bring to the airport. You will be asked to present one of these items when checking in your baggage, passing through security, and at the boarding gate.
Airport Check-in (Customers Ineligible for the SKiP Service)
Customers using certain discount fares
Customers using certain discount fares such as the AMC Companion Fare cannot use the SKiP service.
Traveling with a child or requiring other assistance
Customers requiring boarding assistance, such as wheelchair users, cannot use the SKiP service.
Customers with certain itineraries containing connections
Customers with certain itineraries containing connections, such as those with 4 or more sectors, cannot use the SKiP service.
Other cases where the service is unavailable
Customers whose fare upon purchase is different to the fare applied upon departure cannot use the SKiP service.
