Between fiscal years 2025 and 2026, the system integration of domestic and international flights led to the standardization of various services and rules. Due to resulting changes in baggage rules, we discontinued the use of some dedicated containers for domestic checked baggage as of January 31, 2026. For details, we advised you to refer to the information on Musical Instruments [Japan Domestic Flights] and Service Equipment.
Please use online check-in before checking your baggage. For details, see “Online Check-In for ANA Japan Domestic Flights”.
Customers with checked baggage must check it in at an automated kiosk or staffed counter before departure. Please complete check-in well in advance to ensure you pass through security screening at least 20 minutes before your departure time.
Although we take great care of your baggage until it reaches its destination, it may become soiled in some cases due to inclement weather, facility requirements, etc. We ask that you pack your baggage adequately yourself.
Please baggage with a key should be locked (except for passengers connecting to international flights).
Please show your boarding pass.
Please use online check-in before checking in your baggage. For further details, please see Online Check-In for ANA Japan Domestic Flights.
