How to Accrue Miles

Enter your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number when applying for the service.

Mileage Accrual Date

After returning the rental product, it will take approximately 2 weeks after receiving the return notification.

Retroactive Mileage Registration

Retroactive mileage registration is not permitted.

Notes

Miles can only be accrued by the ANA Mileage Club member requesting the service.
Cancellation fees are not eligible for mileage accrual.
Compensation for lost rental items is not eligible for mileage accrual.
Miles will not be accrued if you do not receive a return notification, or if payment cannot be confirmed by the due date.
