A. If you are traveling with somebody else, somebody with a smartphone can issue and keep the mobile boarding passes together.
If you are traveling alone, please complete procedures at the airport counter.
Q3. Why can only Apple Wallet be used with iOS?
A. We certainly hope that you will use Apple Wallet because you can store multiple mobile boarding passes at the same time, use it without depending on the state of signal reception, and go through security checkpoints and boarding gates more smoothly.
If you have check-in baggage, please check it in at ANA BAGGAGE DROP or at the baggage drop counter before departure.
