手荷物検索システムのご案内（国際線）

出発空港でお預けになった手荷物を到着空港でお受け取りになれなかったお客様に、手荷物検索システムをご案内いたします。

ANAでは、お預かりした手荷物を到着空港までお届けするよう努めております。万一、出発空港でお預かりした手荷物を到着空港にてお引渡しできなかった場合、各航空会社と連携して迅速に手荷物を発見し、お客様のお手元にお届けいたします。この検索システムでは、現在お客様の手荷物がどのような状況にあるのかを表示いたします。なお、このシステムはANAグループ国際線運航便（便名が「NQ」から始まる便は除く）ご利用のお客様のみご利用いただけます。

当サービスはSITA社に委託しており、1件ごとの検索サービスはお客様とSITA社との契約になります。また、SITA社によりサービスの運用、個人情報の収集・管理を行います。SITA社のサイトに移動するため、個人情報保護に関しては、移動先のサイト方針に従うものとします。

到着時に荷物のトラブルに気づいた場合

STEP 1

到着空港で空港係員にお知らせください。
STEP 2

管理番号をお渡しします。
STEP 3

ホームページから、現在の手荷物の所在地を確認できます。

ご注意

ANAから他社に乗り継ぎ、最終目的地で手荷物をお受け取りできなかった場合は、最後にご搭乗になった航空会社にご申告ください（コードシェア便の場合：運航する航空会社）。この場合、当システムはご利用になれませんのでご了承ください。

手荷物状況の検索が可能です

空港で手続きをされたお客様はインターネットを利用して最新の状況を検索するサービスがご利用になれます。ご利用時は到着時にお渡し、もしくはお客様ご自身で未着申請をした際に取得した管理番号とお客様の名前（姓）が必要です。管理番号は手荷物の番号と異なります。管理番号をお持ちでない場合は、到着地空港にお問い合わせください。

STEP 1

手荷物検索サービスにアクセスします。

STEP 2

管理番号とお名前をご入力ください。

Reference number（管理番号）とFamily name（お客様の姓）を入力後
Remember detailsにチェックを付け、「LOG IN」を押下してください。

STEP 3

お客様の手荷物の検索状況が表示されます。

「BAGGAGE DETAILS」を押下してください。

Baggage descriptionsに手荷物の捜索状況が表示されます。
