In conjunction with the full enforcement of the revised Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the enforcement of China’s Personal Information Protection Law, we have revised the content of our existing privacy policy. The revised version of the privacy policy will come into effect on April 1, 2022. Please note that the text additions and revisions do not involve any substantial changes to the handling of the personal information we acquire or its intended use.

The privacy policy is now displayed across 4 chapters.

The name, address, and representative of the party responsible for the management of personal information has been added.

The handling has been clarified for cases where a customer’s personal information is transferred outside of Japan.

Information has been added on how to confirm the details of our safety management measures.

Details have been added on the requesting of information provision concerning personal information protection measures.

The preamble has been changed due to the enforcement for China’s Personal Information Protection Law (中华人民共和国个人信息保护法).

It has been clarified that minors under the age of 14 require the consent of their guardian.

Information has been added on the handling of sensitive personal information.

The existing details on our safety management measures have been clarified, and additional details have also been provided.

The details on the requesting of personal information have been clarified.
