Thank you for your continued patronage of ANA Global Hotels, ANA Global Car Rental and ANA Global Mileage Mall.
As of April 24, 2022, the aforementioned ANA Global Sevices have been terminated.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers who have used these services for a long time.

Reservation Deadline

23:59 (JST) on April 24, 2022 

  • Reservations cannot be changed under any circumstances after the deadline has passed. Please have this in mind when making a reservation near the end of the reservation deadline and make your reservation as early as possible. 

Hotel / Rental Car Usage

Hotels and rental cars that are reserved by the reservation deadline can be used.

  • Please enter "Inquiry Regarding Global Services" in the subject line and provide the following information in the main text: 1. Full name, 2. 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number, 3. Reservation number (8 alphanumeric characters), 4. Details of your inquiry. 
  • Only email inquiries are available. It may take 2 to 3 business days until your email is replied to. 
  • When making an inquiry, you will need the reservation completion email (receipt) that you received upon making the reservation. Therefore, please be sure to keep this email in a safe place.
  • If you experience any problems with your reservation during your trip and the Customer Support Center is not open, please contact the relevant supplier on the phone number shown on your reservation confirmation email (receipt).

Reservation Cancellations

<From 00:00 (JST) on April 25>

You can cancel your reservation yourself using the information in the reservation completion email that you received upon making your reservation. 
Select Display/Cancel My Trips and cancel your reservation. 

  • If you cannot cancel your reservation yourself, please send an email to info26a@travel.ana.co.jp at least 6 days before the cancellation charge is incurred. For the email, please enter the words "Cancellation Request" in the subject line and then include the following details in the body of the email: 1. Full name, 2. 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number, 3. Reservation number (8 alphanumeric characters).  Please note that any cancellation charges incurred at the time of inquiry or at the time of making confirmations with you will be your responsibility. Please also note that, if ANA needs to cancel your reservation, it will not re-confirm whether or not you wish to cancel. 
  • The reservation websites (www.anaglobalhotels.com and www.anaglobalcarrental.com) can no longer be viewed as of April 25, 2022. 

Reservation Changes

You will need to cancel your reservation and make another one. Please note that it will not be possible to make new reservations after the reservation deadline and that you will only be able to cancel your reservation. 

  • Please make sure to confirm the cancellation policy before canceling/changing your reservation.
  • The cancellation policy is applied based on the date and time when the cancellation operation is completed. 
  • Please note that non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled.
  • If you paid with miles, you will be asked to pay a refund charge of 3,000 miles.
  • Any miles that have expired at the time of refund processing cannot be refunded.
  • It takes about 2 to 3 weeks for miles to be refunded.

Notes (Information about alternative facilities)

Due to the influence of COVID19 and facility circumstances, you may not be able to use the facility you reserved.
If the facility informs us of the cases, the notification regarding the alternative facility will be sent from the following email address to your email which is registered at the time of the booking.

  • It is not the contact information for normal inquiries. It is for sending only regarding this matter.

  • If you wish to use the alternative facility, please make sure to reply within 24 hours after receiving the e-mail regarding your intention to "use the alternative facility" or "cancel".
  • Please note that if we cannot confirm your reply within 24 hours, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
  • When canceling an existing reservation, an automatic reception email will be sent. We will not notify the customer of the cancellation again.
  • Due to facility reasons, no cancellation fee or 3,000 mile fee will be charged if the customer cancels or if the customer cancels automatically without contacting us within 24 hours.
    However, please note that a cancellation fee may be charged if canceled after the accommodation date.
  • If you wish to use a facility other than the alternative facility, please cancel the reservation and make new reservation by yourself from other website.
  • Please note that we cannot apply compensation due to unavoidable circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

Product Delivery

Products purchased by the application deadline will be delivered by the partner shop within the specified delivery period.

  • Are the miles shown as “Pending” 5 days after the purchase of the product?
