Domestic flights

In light of reduced passenger demand due to the spread of COVID-19, we have suspended service, reduced the number of flights, or changed the flight schedule for certain domestic routes in Japan. With all passengers’ comfort and health for each other in mind, we ask our customers to wear a mask or facial covering as essential gear when traveling through airports and on board the planes. Exceptions will be made for infants and those who are physically unable to wear masks.
Passengers who are not wearing facial covering and also passengers showing symptoms of sickness such as fever and cough may be refused to board.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers, and we kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

International flights

The Japanese government is making additional efforts to bolster border security measures against the spread of COVID-19, and various other countries are strengthening their own measures against the virus as well. Following this situation, we have decided to make changes to our plans for some of our international operations.
With all passengers’ comfort and health for each other in mind, we ask our customers to wear a mask or facial covering as essential gear when traveling through airports and in-flight the planes. Exceptions will be made for infants and those who are physically unable to wear masks.
Passengers who are not wearing facial covering and passengers showing symptoms of sickness such as fever and cough may be refused to board.

For refunds on international air tickets, requests can be made up to 1 year and 30 days from the travel start date (or issuance date if it is prior to travel.)

Due to the spread of the COVID-19, international flights to/from Haneda Airport will operate at Terminal 3 for the time being.

Contact Centers

Due to the spread of COVID-19, we have suspended services or reduced the number of flights on many of our routes, and our customer service centers (phone, email and online chat) have been busy due to an increase in inquiries.
In light of the current situation, we have changed the hours of operation for our call centers since April 18, 2020.
