Change and refund of international flight tickets and business hours change of ANA Contact Center

Update June 30, 2020

Thank you very much for flying with ANA.

As we work to address the needs of passengers worldwide, our contact centers are experiencing longer than normal delays. If you have sent an email to us, we will respond as soon as possible. We ask that those looking to contact ANA do not call our reservations line unless you are scheduled to travel within the next 72 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Business hours change of ANA Contact Center (English, Japanese)
Due to the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the business hours of ANA Contact Center is changed from April 18, 2020 as follows;

Applicable period
From Saturday April 18 (for the time being)

Business hours (Japan Standard Time)
Domestic (Including Award Tickets): 8:00 - 20:00 (open year around)
International (Including Award Tickets): 8:00 - 19:00, 22:00 - 8:00 (open year around)
ANA Mileage Club (Japan): 9:00 - 17:00 (From Monday to Saturday) (Closed on Sundays and National holidays in Japan)

Special Handling on the ANA website

Customers with applicable tickets may request a refund or change on the ANA website (Cancellation fees will not apply.)

Please note that the refund process may take longer than usual.
