  • We cannot provide information on seat availability or handle reservation-related requests (new reservations, changes/cancellations, and refunds) via email.

  • If you are inquiring about the results of retroactive flight mile registration, please use "Retroactive Registration Results" as the subject line. In the content section, please provide the following information: your name as written on the ticket, date of travel, flight number (route), ticket number, and booking class (for international flights only).

  • If you need to correct your registered information such as gender or date of birth, please use "Information Update" in the subject line. In the content section, please enter the correct gender or date of birth.

  • For changing your registered name or other procedures related to updating member information, please contact the "Various Procedures" .

  • If you have already made your request over the telephone or on the ANA website, we may not reply to your email.
